As Little League season goes into full swing, the Parks and Recreation Department invites all baseball and softball players ages 7-14 to join the local Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit and Run Competition. The event is the official skills competition of Major League Baseball designed to provide youngsters with an opportunity to compete, free of charge, in a competition that recognizes individual excellence in core baseball/softball skills.

The local competition will be held on Wednesday, April 6 from 6:30-8 p.m. at Brian Bachmann Baseball Complex, located at 1600 Rock Prairie Rd. Registration is on-site. Participants must bring a copy of their birth certificate and a parent or guardian to sign the registration form.
