    Low Interest Rates

According to CNN Money, interest rates fell to 4.21% for a 30-year fixed mortgage rate.  The last time interest rates were this low was in November of last year.

Economic recovery is slow and is keeping the rates low on U.S. Treasury bonds, which is what sets most consumer interest rates. Not only is the economy keeping rates low, but global unrest is also a factor.
