Entry Level Homes in Demand

    New single family homes are getting smaller.  The median size has been on an upswing since 2012, focusing on larger homes for buyers with higher levels of income and credit. Now, entry level homes are more in demand. The median size home has dropped from 2472 square feet to 2414 in the third quarter of this year.
