Entrance Appeal

Everyone knows the first impression of your home can have a big impact on whether your home sells or not.

Potted plants can add so much to the entryway.  You might put some on your steps  and exterior areas. Be sure to use plants that can tolerate shade and keep them watered.

Adding furniture can give your home an inviting appeal.  If you have a large porch, you might add some seating and tables, along with an outdoor rug and pillows.  Otherwise, if your porch is tiny, add a small chair and a potted plant.

Your front door has to look inviting. A freshly painted door with no squeaks is a must.  To complete this transformation, try adding new house numbers and, maybe, a door knocker.
