    Here are some interesting facts about Daylight Saving Time.

    Daylight Saving Time was suggested by Benjamin Franklin back in 1784, but the Uniform Time Act was not passed until 1966.

    In 1918, when the U.S. got involved in the war, President Wilson instituted daylight saving time.

    Daylight Saving Time was again instituted when the U.S. entered WWII.
