A Few Pointers

    1. When buying a home, time is of the essence. Cash buyers have clout  because they present no financial problems. But a mortgage pre-approval and the assurance of a quick closing can put things on an even keel.

    2. People who show friendliness toward the seller seem to have an edge in the negotiations. Paying compliments to the property you are purchasing  is a good idea. Buyers are quick to point out a property’s shortcomings so compliments never hurt.

    3. Sometimes the owners need a few extra days to get everything in order. Offering to rent back for a few days may close the deal.
